
Krzysztof Kolaczynski
CEO and Portfolio Manager
Krzysztof is a veteran of the financial industry. His first job was an FX Dealer position at Raiffeisen Bank Poland, where he was responsible for conducting Foreign Exchange and Interest Rate transactions with the bank’s clients.
Later, he started working in a similar position for BRE Bank (a member of the Commerzbank AG group). He also worked at Santander Bank Poland as a Structured Products Manager in a bank’s dealing room, where he was responsible for implementing and developing FX Options and Interest Rate Swaps and composing tailor-made hedging strategies. Krzysztof was promoted to Deputy Director/Chief Market Strategist. He executed trades with the investment banks on all major asset classes – equities, commodities, FX, Interest Rate, freight indices, CDS, and bonds. He also developed the first synthetic bond in Poland for the bank’s clients.
After that, Krzysztof joined Investors TFI – a Polish fund management company where he was the Portfolio Manager of two unique funds he developed from scratch: a fully systematic/algorithmic fund and a Fund of Hedge Funds. Then, he worked for Liechtenstein-based hedge fund AIMHedge in the R&D Department.
Krzysztof specializes in systematic/quantitative trading, especially volatility and index arbitrage. He has been an active cryptocurrency investor focused on cryptocurrency trading – arbitrage-related strategies. Krzysztof holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Gdansk, Poland. He passed CAIA Level 1.

Agnieszka Sekula
COO
Agnieszka is a finance industry professional with diverse experience. She began her career at Raiffeisen Bank Poland, where she worked as an Operation Specialist in the bank’s dealing room back office. Her duties included managing FX clearing, interest rates, and options trades. She later moved to ING Bank, where she monitored the bank’s position with the Polish Central Bank and handled settlements of money market transactions made between banks. At Santander Bank Poland, she worked as an Operation Officer in the Wealth Management Department, where she managed many OTC trades across various asset classes. In the Trade Finance Department, she was involved in optimization projects and the processing of trade finance products. Agnieszka holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics, Poland, and has passed the exam for Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA).
Wojciech Dziedzic
Fixed Income Trader
Wojciech has extensive experience in the financial industry. He started his career at PWC Warsaw, Poland, in the financial advisory department. Later on, he became a futures trader/market maker at OSTC Trading House, where he traded futures on short-term interest rates such as EURIBOR, CME Eurodollar, Short Sterling, and Euro Swiss. He also traded commodity futures such as WTI crude oil, Brent Oil, Natural Gas, Corn, Gold, and agricultural futures. Afterward, he joined the Polish Central Bank as a Portfolio Manager. In his role, he managed the portfolio of EUR-denominated bonds held on the Polish Central Bank reserves. He was later promoted to Head of USD book position, where he was responsible for managing Polish Central Bank USD-denominated reserves.

Konrad Szałapak
Lead Developer / Algorithmic Trading
Konrad has 20 years of experience in various Finance, Internet, and ICT software ventures.
He started his business as a Linux sysadmin. Subsequently, he became a software developer in the first Polish web portal, Wirtualna Polska. Then, after three years, he started offering software development services as an independent entrepreneur.
His project portfolio includes:
– Hedge fund creation for BZWBK (The Santander Group) in Luxembourg: algorithmic strategies development, integration with brokers,
– BZWBK Private Banking: back office automation solutions,
– GE Money Bank: Big Data transformation,
– Investors TFI <-> JP Morgan integration: algorithmic interface for global futures exchanges,
– mobile app development,
– corporate-level software development projects for telecoms, integrators, government, e-commerce, and renewable energy.
He has co-founded and run several technology startups for the past seven years. Konrad studied Information Technology and Production Management at Gdańsk University of Technology.
